Commercial Loan Officer

A well-established community bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer with a strong background in industrial and manufacturing lending .

Key Responsibilities :

Source, develop, and manage a portfolio of C&I and CRE loans, with emphasis on manufacturing clients.

Build relationships with business owners, CFOs, and COIs in the industrial sector.

Cross-sell treasury, deposit, and business banking solutions.

Ensure portfolio quality with proactive monitoring and risk management.

Represent the bank in community and industry events.

Qualifications :

7+ years of commercial lending experience, including C&I and industrial clients.

Proven track record of new business development and portfolio growth.

Knowledge of collateral structures, working capital lending, and equipment financing.

Strong community ties in industrial / manufacturing markets.

Compensation : $120,000 – $150,000 base, plus incentive plan
