Marketing Coordinator

The Company is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to work with the Vice President of Sales to define and achieve sales goals through marketing and business development activities.

General Duties and Responsibilities

Manage division marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts in compliance with corporate direction and approved budget.

Monitor, review, and report the status of marketing plans and projects to management.

Build brand awareness with Realtors, businesses, major employers, relocation companies, and other potential business affiliates in the area to establish a grassroots marketing system.

Manage new community / model setup.

Oversee MLS activities.

Conduct new hire sales office orientations.

Provide HubSpot training to new hires

Analyze current market conditions, customer research, and competitor information to make suggestions for increasing market capture for existing and new communities.

Monitor and manage the division Sales Teams' CRM performance.

Intercept leads from websites such as and other syndicated sites.

Qualifications

Track record of success in a similar position

Strong knowledge of sales techniques

Experience with and understanding of processes of the production homebuilding industry

Project a positive image of the company
