The Opportunity

Our client is a fast-growing, design‑led modular manufacturer delivering innovative solutions across North America. Backed by significant investment and demand, they're now establishing and optimizing factory operations between San Diego and Mexico.

They are looking for a Chief Manufacturing Officer to lead the next phase of growth - taking ownership of operations, manufacturing performance, and distribution systems to achieve world‑class output.

The Role

As CMO, you'll take full responsibility for operational delivery, driving performance, and building systems that scale.

• Oversee setup, optimization, and performance of modular manufacturing facilities.
• Lead layout design, process engineering, and efficiency improvement.
• Build and manage high‑performing operations, logistics, and production teams.
• Oversee supply chain and cross‑border logistics between the U.S. and Mexico.
• Implement lean, quality, and safety standards to ensure world‑class output.
• Partner with the leadership team to drive growth, margin, and strategic expansion.

This is a hands‑on, strategic leadership role where you'll shape the operational backbone of a fast‑scaling business.
