PEO / Health Insurance Producer

Overview

Insurance Agency in Brooklyn that specializes in auto, home, and all types of business insurance is seeking an experienced PEO / Health Insurance Producer.

Responsibilities

Help agency to cross-sell PEO / Health Insurance to current Commercial / Personal lines clients.

Agency would provide the leads through existing book of business and through new business.

Sales calls

Information gathering and data entry

Build relationships with current in-house producers, which is essential because they will also be getting leads from them.

Leadership role where they are essentially going to build a team under them to grow a department after year 1 and year 2.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years" experience in PEO (Professional Employer Organization) Sales (Examples would be ADP Total Source, Paychex, Justworks, TriNet, etc.)

Experience with the health insurance portion of PEO sales so they can navigate the sales process from A-Z.

Experience quoting groups as small as 2 individuals to groups of 50-80 lives.

Should also have relationships and know how to work with GA"s (General Agencies)

Knowledge of NY / NJ market
