Systems Integration Specialist

Richmond based StyleCraft Homes is a locally based, family -owned business building homes in desirable communities throughout the Greater Richmond area. We are currently seeking a talented candidate who is excited to Live Up and join a culture that is dedicated to continual improvement and excellence as an onsite Systems Integration Specialist .

The Systems Integration Specialist is primarily responsible for the managing and improving of business data and systems. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative partner who understands organizational system needs and executes problem solving measures to increase workplace productivity.

Duties include but are not limited to the following :

• Key resource for managing and maintaining company data.
• Acts as main contact and subject expert for software and network support providers.
• Coordinates the technical implementation, programming, and analysis of integrations for departmental applications, for the main ERP system (Newstar) and ancillary systems.
• Makes recommendations for improvement where inefficiencies are identified.
• Assists with training users on correct use of software and reporting tools and is a resource to department managers.
• Understand interactions between different systems and business functions to assist in development of new processes & procedures related to business systems utilization.
• Maintains detailed documentation of network configuration, updates and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications :

advanced SQL and other Microsoft Application skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools
