MySquard Concierge

Job Description Marketing Liaison (Commission-Only)

Location : DC Area

Employment Type : Independent Contractor / Commission-Only

Position Summary

As a Marketing Liason at MySquard Concierge, youll serve as the face of our brand connecting with property management companies, real estate developers, and apartment communities to showcase the benefits of partnering with us. This is a commission-only position, ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and earning uncapped income based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, connect with, and build strong relationships with property managers, real estate developers, and apartment community leaders.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate new partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and site visits to showcase MySquard Concierges services and benefits.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to promote the brand and generate leads.
  • Manage your sales pipeline, track progress, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to share market feedback and continuously improve our growth approach.
  • Provide outstanding follow-up and partner support to ensure long-term relationships.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position no base salary is provided.

Earnings are based on a competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential.

Commissions are paid based on closed deals and partnership agreements secured.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in real estate, property management, or a related industry.
  • Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the discipline to manage your own schedule and pipeline.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally at events and meetings.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and standard office software is preferred.

    • Working Conditions

    Flexible, remote work environment with local travel as needed for meetings and events.

    Ability to attend occasional networking events or meetings outside of standard business hours.
