Health service associate

The Health Services Associate is a key member of the team responsible for answering phone calls and facilitating communication with healthcare providers, patients, and internal stakeholders. This role also coordinates and schedules initial and refill shipments of patient medications. • High school graduate or equivalent required
• Typically requires 1+ years of related call center experience
• Must be able to type 30 wpm
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and adapting to change
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience using MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Spanish preferred but not required
