As a critical part of our Field Operations crew, you'll operate a range of heavy construction equipment to support site grading, heavy hauling, drilling, and earthmoving projects. Key Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on active job sites.

Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep machines clean and operational.

Follow all company and job-specific safety protocols.

Complete daily tasks using tools such as jackhammers, demo saws, shovels, and survey gear.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.

Support other duties as assigned by the site superintendent or management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

5+ years of experience preferred; entry-level candidates with vocational training will be considered.

Trade school certificate in Heavy Equipment Operating preferred.

General knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and methods.

Ability to read construction drawings and perform basic math.

Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Valid Class A CDL preferred.

Reliable transportation required.

Full-Time : Monday - Friday

Overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends
