Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to enhance the appointment scheduling process for our IHT team. The goal is to improve the customer experience, reduce missed SLAs, and ensure 100% entitlement of jobs. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating appointments and ensuring seamless communication between our contact center and onshore schedulers.

Responsibilities :

• Call customers to schedule appointments for the IHT team based on claims created by the contact center.
• Create appointments in Oracle and assign them to technicians according to territories, skillsets, and availability.
• Confirm customer service details, including address and phone number, and gather necessary information for technicians to complete appointments successfully.
• Contact customers within one hour of claim creation and assign appointments to third-party contractors if needed.
• Ensure appointments are scheduled within SLA parameters and are within the scope of IHT work.

Work hours are from 10 : 30 am to 7 : 00 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naperville, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
