Position : Purchasing & Asset Management Analyst - Procurement

Contract Length : 6 month contract to hire

Work Arrangement : Hybrid in Chicago, IL 60654

Pay Rate : Negotiable hourly rate, conversion salary around $100k-120k

Overview :

• Procurement focused
• Day to day - helping with tracking and logistics of existing orders, updating the asset management system, starts list, admin work, checking-in on contract rentals
• Asset Management – assist with the management and quality control of their asset management processes and system
• Assist with logistics – work with IT staff to support the logistics of physical items purchased and delivered to on-site and off-site locations
• Contracts – assist with their contract intake, review, and approval process which includes contract lawyers and business leaders. They have a system for the queuing, prioritization, workflow, and signing of these contracts
