Overview :

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our commercial and industrial footprint across Western Iowa. This role will build client relationships and identify new project opportunities.

Responsibilities :

Identify, qualify, and pursue new construction opportunities.

Develop proposals, RFQs, and client presentations.

Attend industry and networking events to build partnerships.

Coordinate with estimating and operations on pursuit strategy.

Qualifications :

5+ years of business development experience in the construction sector.

Proven ability to network with owners, developers, and architects.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
