Wait Staff – Dining Services

Location : St. George Village

Department : Dietary / Dining

Status : Non-Exempt | Reports to : Dining Room Manager

What You’ll Do

As a member of our dining team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents and guests enjoy outstanding meals in a comfortable setting. Daily responsibilities include :

Providing warm, professional table service for residents and guests, including food and beverages.

Setting up, serving, and breaking down dining rooms and special events.

Performing opening and closing duties as assigned.

Bussing tables, food running, bartending, or hosting when needed.

Following sanitation, safety, and cleaning protocols to maintain a safe and organized dining area.

Assisting residents with seating, reservations, and point-of-sale transactions when covering hostess duties.

Communicating concerns promptly to supervisors and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong customer service skills.

Ability to work with older adults in a respectful, caring manner.

Reliability and willingness to take on a variety of dining service tasks.

Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.

Flexibility to assist with different roles (serving, bussing, bartending, hosting, dishwashing) as needed.
