Position Overview We’re seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Event Assistant to join our event marketing and fundraising team.

This entry-level, full-time position is perfect for individuals who enjoy being on the frontlines of live events, supporting campaigns, and helping create memorable experiences.

No prior experience is required — paid training and mentorship are provided to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities Assist with setup, teardown, and logistics for live events, fundraisers, and community outreach initiatives.

Support event staff and team leads to ensure smooth operations and successful execution.

Engage with attendees, providing information and promoting campaigns, causes, or client brands.

Help manage event supplies, inventory, and materials.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop skills in event coordination, marketing, and customer service.
