Accounts Payable Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to work a 6 month contract with the possibility of converting permanently . This person would be responsible for routing calls, clear credit memos, add up checks, mail administration and filing duties.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or banking / finance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook -Experience in a clerical role
