Communications Agent

Your responsibilities will include crafting professional correspondence, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring brand alignment in all communications.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Draft, review, and distribute internal and external communications.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and provide accurate updates to clients.

Maintain organized records of all communications to ensure clarity and transparency.

Coordinate with management to resolve client concerns efficiently and effectively.

Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
