Strategic HR Manager
We're seeking a strategic HR Manager to lead key initiatives, drive compliance, and provide expert guidance to associates and managers company-wide, while overseeing a hybrid team and contributing to business growth.
What You Will Do :
- Supervise one direct report (HRBP located in Portland)
- Be the point of contact for CDC Associates and HR liaison for Managers company-wide
- Provide guidance to Associates and Managers on interpretations of company policies and programs.
- Enforce compliance and company policies to minimize risk
- Produce, interpret, and communicate HR Analytics and take action
- Review timecards, and assist with payroll related activities as needed.
- Oversee HR rollouts, and projects.
- Other duties as assigned by HR Director.
What You Will Bring :
BA or Master's in Human Resources, preferred.PHR or SPHR certification a plus.5 to 10 years of HR Leadership experience.3 years of Talent Acquisition experience.Performance Management experience.High emotional intelligence and broad people agilities.Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and FMLA regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.Physical Requirements and Work Environment :
Hybrid schedule : 4 days in office, 1 remote.Office and warehouse environment.Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk working on a computer and phone.Travel to Portland RDC and North Coast locations as needed.Able to lift 20 pounds at times.Salary & Compensation :
This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime. Pay is $112,000 to $125,000 annually, DOE.
