job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDeliver one-on-one ABA therapy, following customized treatment plans designed by our expert BCBAs. Engage children creatively through play, turning therapy into joyful learning experiences. Observe and record progress. Collaborate closely with BCBAs, providing regular updates. Build trust and rapport with families. Participate actively in ongoing training to ensure the highest standards of service. Have patience and empathy, understanding that progress comes with consistency and care. Love working with children, are energetic, and see everyday interactions as an opportunity for growth & skill building. Remain calm and composed under pressure, handling challenging behaviors professionally and compassionately. Are eager to learn, coachable, and always looking to grow in your career. Are an Excellent communicator, team player, and eager to collaborate. Value teamwork and actively contribute to a collaborative, professional environment. High school diploma or equivalent (required). Experience working with children Willingness to pursue RBT certification (training provided). Basic familiarity with data entry or record-keeping.
