Mechanical Sheet Metal Assembler – Data Center Infrastructure (1st Shift)

Schedule :  Monday – Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

Pay Rate :  $22 per hour

Job Summary :

Join our dynamic data center infrastructure team as a Mechanical Sheet Metal Assembler. In this role, you will be instrumental in assembling, installing, and modifying precision sheet metal components that support critical mechanical systems, enclosures, and structural frameworks within high-performance data centers. If you have a foundational understanding of mechanical assembly, familiarity with hand and power tools, and a keen eye for detail, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and verbal instructions to accurately assemble sheet metal parts.
• Install mechanical enclosures, cable trays, HVAC ducting, and structural support elements in data center environments.
• Operate hand tools, drills, riveters, and other basic fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all assemblies meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, maintaining organized and efficient workstations.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and other tradespeople to ensure smooth project flow.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
