Comfortable operating in a technology-driven call center, using computers and phone systems simultaneously. Strong understanding of basic healthcare industry terminology, including primary care, providers, benefits, and HIPAA compliance. Proven excellence in customer service, with outstanding listening skills and phone etiquette. Effective communication skills, mastering language, grammar, and style in both verbal and written formats. Capacity for innovation in addressing patient needs and optimizing service protocols.
