A company is looking for a Legal Assistant - Litigation to support litigation attorneys and accountants with various paralegal-focused assignments and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Review and manage legal documents, including subpoenas and pleadings, and maintain litigation matter management systems
Draft and circulate legal documents, prepare witness binders, and conduct legal research
Collaborate with attorneys and technical teams to gather information and respond to regulatory or litigation requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience as a paralegal and / or legal assistant
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
