Sets up and operates a wide range of fabrication and welding equipment. Performs complex setups and holds close tolerances in the fabrication and weld manufacturing cycle of a variety of parts, made from various materials and configurations. Operations may be new manufacture or repair type in nature, which requires the restoration of overhauled parts. Is responsible for meeting all visual and workmanship requirements required of the applicable weld and fabrication specifications.

• Must be capable of setting up and operating a wide range of fabrication and welding equipment to include but not limited to : band saw, cut off saw, slitting saw, rollers, shears, brake press, press, pipe, laser, plasma, weld, and various power tools.

Pay Information

This position is covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which will determine your wages.
