We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Lafayette, LA team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Review, verify and process invoices and expense reports for accuracy.
• Prepare and process payments : checks and ACH.
• Reconcile AP aging and vendor accounts : research and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor files and documentation.
• Maintain the accounts payable email account; answer email / phone inquiries.

$15.00 to $19.00 per hour

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state's law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
