Margin Analyst

The Margin Analyst is responsible for supporting specified business units in several key areas. Developing, implementing and monitoring tools to manage margin performance to contract expectations. Leveraging data to support margin improvement opportunities through cost of goods changes, volume changes and exclusive brand conversion opportunities. Develop and implement a reporting process to provide visibility to margin variances, to key stakeholders.

Essential Duties :

• Collaborate with business unit leaders on margin expectations.
• Develop and utilize visual analytics, online dashboards, or automated alerts to provide simple, executable tasks for business units on Sales and Gross Profit margins.
• Perform daily margin reviews to expose opportunities and risks.
• Identify, catalog, and communicate root causes of margin exposure to business units.
• Facilitate solutions with key stakeholders and monitor results.
• Provide data and support to execute customer Product Rationalization process.
• Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
