Responsibilities :

• The HUMINT Collection Manager shall conduct Collection Operations Management (COM) and intelligence analysis to support operational HUMINT oversight and risk mitigation. This intelligence analysis should provide the detailed

analysis necessary to support current and future, full-spectrum HUMINT operations and will ensure proper representation of operational gain or potential operational gain to decision makers.

Required qualifications / skills :

job producing analytical certification course or program. HT-JCOE –

Joint CI-HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting

Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC)

or equivalent) or Intelligence Community (IC) equivalent.

Collection Management role.

Intelligence or IC role supporting CI, HUMINT, SR, or other

sensitive / specialized intelligence activities.
