Schedule : 10-15 hours a week (Hybrid Remote and Onsite)- Could transition to full-time based on experience and performance

Pay : $30-$35

Job Summary :

Assist a veteran-owned business that specializes in training, coaching and facilitation in the following.

Responsibilities :

• Proactively Support the Founder
• Manage Calender / Monitor Inbox / Coordinate Travel
• Communicating with Clients and Students / Schedule classes
• Prepare session materials / record session outcomes
• Keep Systems Organized and Information Flowing
• Data Entry / Maintain Accuracy / Build Checklists
• Manage event space rentals
• Drive Social Media Communications
