Pay Range : $40 $50 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona. In this role, you will provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, collaborating closely with educators, support staff, and families to create a positive, inclusive environment that enables all students to succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, ensuring each students unique needs are addressed.
• Deliver direct instruction and support to students with a range of learning challenges in a classroom setting.
• Monitor student progress, assess learning outcomes, and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Partner with general education teachers and support staff to promote inclusive practices and student success.
• Maintain open communication with parents / guardians regarding progress and IEP adjustments.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with the schools multidisciplinary team (therapists, counselors, administrators).
• Maintain accurate student performance, attendance, and IEP records in compliance with school and district policies.
• Ensure all practices meet applicable federal and state special education regulations.
