About the Role

Located in Miami FL

Were looking for an energetic and persuasive Marketing Associate to support our brand activation and field marketing this role you wont just hand out flyersyoull drive awareness generate leads influence buying decisions and generate new sales through strategic customer engagement.

What Youll Do

• Assist with the setup execution and breakdown of sales-focused promotional campaigns live events and community activations
• Represent the brand with confidence clarity and enthusiasm speaking to product benefits and current offers
• Convert on-site conversations into real time sales
• Approach potential customers with purpose create interest deliver the pitch and spark action
• Support marketing managers with event logistics product inventory and schedule coordination
• Monitor on-site activity gather customer insights and report on lead volume engagement and outcomes
• Maintain a polished and professional display area that aligns with the brand image
• Occasionally assist with real-time content for social media during activations
