    The Company is seeking a Vice President for Research to join its senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of high-quality and high-impact research and scholarship. This role involves working closely with the Office of the Provost to assemble a strong research leadership team, improving staff morale, and building trust through effective communication. The Vice President for Research will also engage with academic leaders to develop and implement strategies for growing federally funded research, support faculty in attracting large-scale grants, and encourage a culture of creative activity across disciplinary boundaries.

    Applicants for the Vice President for Research position at the company should have a strong background in research and scholarship, with a focus on promoting and supporting these activities within an academic setting.
