• Additional Details : Primary Care Clinic Provider should have had their own patient panel in past Working days per year : 205 Pat. Pop. : Seeing all ages of patients - Acute Chronic patient care ppd : 16-18 patients per day Experience : ~2 years Experience in Primary Care / Urgent Care is ideal
