Debt Collections Specialist – Phone-Based Role – Commercial Collections

Our client is a high-energy commercial collections firm focused on recovering outstanding debts for businesses. They are seeking a driven Debt Collections Specialist to join their in-office team based in Plano, TX.

Compensation : Base salary : $30,000 – $42,000 per year, commission-based role with on-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000+; this is a 1099 opening.

Experience in debt collections or high-volume phone environments

Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close confidently

Responsibilities :

Make outbound collection calls and negotiate repayment terms with debtors

Resolve disputes professionally while maintaining control of the conversation

Accurately document all interactions and maintain thorough records

Escalate unresolved accounts per company protocol

Uphold legal and company standards in all collection activities

Schedule :

Monday through Thursday from 7 : 30am to 4 : 30pm

Fridays from 8 : 00am to 1 : 00pm
