Site Acquisition Specialist (Upper NY / New England Markets) – REMOTE!

Location : Remote (Preferred in Upper NY / New England; Central / Eastern Time Zone)

Pay Range : $38.46 $40.87 / hr. (~ $80k $85k annually)

About the Role :

We are seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to support wireless telecom projects in the Upper New York and New England markets. In this role, you will be responsible for candidate selection, lease negotiations, tower owner applications, zoning, and permitting. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, handling new site builds, modifications, and microwave site acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end Site Acquisition process , including search ring analysis, lease negotiations, and permitting.
• Submit applications to Tower Owners (e.g., ATC, Crown, SBA) and manage tower owner processes.
• Process POR , submit permits, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Understand RFDS (what is going on and coming off the structure).
• Provide regular updates to Project Managers, maintaining trackers for notes and forecasted timelines.
• Navigate local jurisdiction processes in the Upper NY / New England region.
• Work with telecom-related systems for project tracking and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary certifications and company requirements .

Maintain professionalism while attending deployment meetings and coordinating with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship .

Preferred Qualifications :

Ability to travel to sites if required (though not expected for this role).

Additional Details :

Drug Screen : 10-panel test (No exceptions for marijuana, even with a medical card)
