What You’ll Do

Proactively generate and follow up on leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline

Build trust and rapport with clients through calls, networking, and referrals

Recommend insurance products tailored to individual and family needs

Document all client interactions accurately and manage records within the CRM

Partner with underwriters and internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing

What We’re Looking For

A sales-first mindset with a strong desire to exceed goals

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing competing priorities

A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute in a team-focused environment

Prior insurance or sales experience is helpful but not required

Licensing Requirements

An active Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health License is required.

Not licensed yet? You must be willing and able to obtain your license within a set timeframe.
