Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a globally renowned law firm with over 500 attorneys and 1,000 employees. We are assisting them in their search for a Corporate Associate to join their Capital Markets and Public Companies group. You will advise public companies and investment banks on a broad range of matters. You will provide legal services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development, from early startups to publicly traded corporations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• 3 years of experience advising public companies or investment banks on SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters.
• Experience in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings.
• Previous experience representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings.
• Ability to provide counsel on corporate governance matters, securities laws, and public company disclosure obligations.
• Collaborating with colleagues in technology and life sciences practices to support clients in these dynamic sectors.
• Experience with, or affinity for, technology and / or life sciences companies is preferred.
