We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career team at Mercer. This role will be based in Atlanta. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Strategy Consulting Partner you will be a master individual contributor influencer and thought leader within the company. You will collaborate closely with clients to recommend strategies and plans that directly impact business performance leveraging deep industry knowledge and cutting-edge capabilities in digital analytics and organizational effectiveness.

We will count on you to :

Build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients communicating effectively and presenting compelling stories

Develop and sustain a strong network of potential clients across multiple organizations

Produce high-quality presentations proposals and reports for board-level executive-level and industry-expert audiences

Contribute to firm-building activities including training recruiting alumni engagement and community involvement

Mentor consultants support professionals and partners serving as a role model and ambassador for firm values

Negotiate project and program pricing to ensure sufficient profitability

What you need to have :

Proven experience in management consulting with a track record of client relationship management at senior levels

Strong presentation communication and storytelling skills

Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
