About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Sales with a strong background in the security service provider space, particularly in the areas of threat intelligence and managed security services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving both enterprise and retail sales, with a focus on clients in the insurance, healthcare, and financial sectors. This role demands a professional with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in the MSSP, security provider, or MSP space, and a proven track record of selling to a diverse client base. The VP of Sales will be at the forefront of the company's sales program, leading in KPI setting, and managing a team, while also being heavily involved in business development and client management. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should possess a strong knowledge of industry standards, MSSP terminology, and the associated delivery, support, and technology. While a technical background is advantageous, it is not a requirement. The role is primarily remote, but the candidate must be located in the Greater Philadelphia / NYC areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to meet clients face-to-face and be adept at both enterprise and retail sales. Daily responsibilities will be split between leading the sales program and direct selling, with a significant focus on business development. The role is pivotal in driving the company's sales strategy and requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
