This position is located in the Rehabilitation Department of the Veterans Home of California- Fresno and is responsible to provide residents with therapy techniques to improve functioning and independence in order to restore, maintain or rehabilitate motor skills and activities of daily living.

Working Conditions

Special Requirements

• The position(s) require(s) a(n) Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant Certificate. You will be required to provide a copy of your certificate prior to being hired.

Veterans may qualify for a CalVet Veterans Hiring Preference. Military service must be included in the Employment History section of the Employment Applications (STD. 678). The application package must include documentation of discharge, appropriate to the branch of service. The documentation must reflect a discharge / release under conditions other than dishonorable.
