ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Patricia Johnson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Explain & break down complex billing to customers.
  • Multitask between answering phone & toggling between multiple systems daily.
  • Responsible for completing all assigned tasks, emails & customer inquiries by end of each day.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
