About The Role

As a Virtual Chat Assistant in our Customer Support department, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our customers via live chat. This is a full-time, hourly position where you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our company. If you possess exceptional communication skills and have a passion for supporting others, this role is perfect for you.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers through live chat to provide timely and professional support.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to products, services, and account details.
• Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Deliver accurate information and resources to customers in clear and understandable language.
• Document customer interactions and updates using internal tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of complex issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and recommend solutions.

The pay range for this role is :

19.19 - 35.60 USD per hour(Remote (Virginia Beach, Virginia, US))
