EchoStar seeks a Senior Manager for its Corporate Transport Sourcing Team, comprised of 7-10 exceptional members. Responsible for sourcing all transport network and data center connectivity, crucial for the entire corporation. Guide the future of EchoStar's Transport network across the nation and around the globe, prioritizing innovation and data-directed decision-making. Key Responsibilities :

• Hire, develop, and manage a team of Transport Sourcing Managers
• Develop and guide the sourcing, contract management, negotiation and supplier management strategies and practices of the team
• Manage all aspects of transport "Request for Proposals", RFPs, to achieve a best techno-commercial solutions for EchoStar business units and overall corporation
• Establish and manage Objectives and Key Results(OKR) of the organization to ensure cost and quality control and effective executive reporting
• Assess the risk of potential and current vendors and develop risk mitigation strategies and business continuity plans
• Analyze industry trends to proactively identify risk and opportunities that can be exploited to benefit EchoStar
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation : $127,050.00 / Year - $181,725.00 / Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
