Responsibilities :

The Senior Analyst will support Barrow Wise's DFC project and perform the following duties :

• Identify performance metrics, consolidate data from Salesforce, Oracle, and Tableau into actionable dashboards
• Develop process workflows and perform process improvement
• Perform data cleansing and optimization
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Incorporate performance management best practices and develop KPIs / OKRs
• Perform data analytics
