Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 for Harbor UCLA Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in custodial management working within a hospital environment. This manager will be open to working a first shift, while eventually transitioning to a second shift. All Environmental Services Managers should be open to working weekends as needed.

HarborUCLA Medical Center is a 570-bed public teaching hospital located at 1000 West Carson Street in West Carson, an unincorporated area within Los Angeles County, California. The hospital is owned by Los Angeles County and operated by the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, while doctors are faculty of the school of medicine of UCLA. The facility is one of two adult level I trauma center (providing the highest level of surgical care to trauma patients) operated by Los Angeles County.

What You'll Do

• Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and / or
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Qualifications & Requirements
