Shift :

  • Day Shift - 4 / 10hr  Pay Rate : $19 - $22 Hourly DOE  Location : Hillsboro, OR Position Type :   Full Time Benefits : This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.   Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Perform scheduled maintenance on fab lithography tools according to specifications.  Document maintenance activities and report equipment status.
  • Provide support to diagnose and repair issues as needed.

    • Multi-tasked responsibilities include non-standard processing and problem-solving, as well as equipment processing; Attend all required meetings :

  • goal is to become self-sustaining.
  • Complete post-PM recovery, test fire, and qualification.

    • Requirements :

  • Required Min 1 year on any semiconductor toolset.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in disassembly and assembly of semiconductor tools.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including etching, deposition, and lithography systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

    • Physical Effort / Activities :

  • May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push / pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
