job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide responsive support and guidance during onboarding. Troubleshoot technical or process issues, escalating to internal teams when necessary. Develop and maintain onboarding guides, help articles, and training resources. Ensure all documentation stays current with product enhancements. Collect feedback and share insights with product and success teams to continually improve the customer experience. Monitor onboarding progress and ensure customers are realizing value quickly. Identify opportunities for account expansion or additional service adoption Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-able to explain technical concepts clearly. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset. Experience with CRM systems and onboarding tools. Highly organized with the ability to manage 45-50 concurrent accounts. Passion for helping customers succeed in a fast-paced SaaS environment. About the Role
As an Implementation Specialist, you'll be the bridge between Sales and Customer Success-ensuring each customer experiences a seamless, high-impact onboarding journey. You'll guide clients through setup, training, and configuration, ensuring they understand the value of our software and feel confident using it. Your goal is simple : set every customer up for success
What You'll Do
Customer Onboarding & Training
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, delivering a warm and professional onboarding experience.
- Create and execute tailored onboarding plans that align with customer goals.
- Conduct engaging one-on-one and group training sessions to teach product functionality and best practices.
- Assist customers with configuration and customization to meet their unique business needs.
