FP&A Director

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end forecasting and planning processes, including departmental budgets and scenario trees

Lead strategic modeling in partnership with senior leadership and maintain Drivetrain model architecture

Deliver budget-to-actual analysis and serve as a business partner to various teams for revenue planning

Required Qualifications

5-8+ years of FP&A experience in high growth SaaS, fintech, or platform business models

Proven track record of managing company-wide planning cycles with multiple revenue streams

Strong modeling skills, including advanced Excel and experience with platforms like Drivetrain

Experience with treasury or payments economics and scenario planning for complex business models

Executive presence with the ability to present insights to senior leadership and influence strategy
