Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : KWA58 1 Electric Ave. Sparks NV 89434 (Hybrid)

Duration : 3-6 MONTHS

Position Type : Hourly contract Position (W2 only)

Note :

  • POSITION TITLE : AP Specialist
  • ASSIGNMENT LENGTH : 3-6 months
  • SCHEDULE / REMOTE FLEXIBILITY : hybrid
  • WORK HOURS : 8am-5pm, 1 hr lunch
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT : bachelors degree preferred, SAP experience preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Assist AP personnel with daily / weekly tasks, assist with issues due to new system implementation pertaining to 3 way matching and Goods in Transit clearing.
  • Vendor reconciliations, requests vendor statements, purchase order clearing items.
