Customer Success / Project Manager
We're helping our client, a fast-growing social commerce agency, find a Customer Success / Project Manager to support and scale their TikTok Shop operations across multiple eCommerce brands.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients and internal TikTok Shop specialists, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication run smoothly. This position is highly client-facing and requires outstanding organization, communication, and project coordination skills.
Customer Success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Lead onboarding, kickoff calls, and ongoing client communication.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships while managing expectations.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and performance recaps.
- Identify risks early and propose proactive solutions.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
Project Management
Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for multiple accounts.Coordinate cross-functional teams (TikTok Shop Ops, media, creative, influencers).Translate client objectives into clear tasks and workflows.Manage priorities, dependencies, and deadlines across brands.Track progress and enforce accountability through project management tools.Document SOPs, processes, and account-specific workflows.
