[job_card.job_description]General Manager and Studio Owner About YogaSix Royal Oak YogaSix Royal Oak is a modern, inclusive yoga studio dedicated to creating an empowering and welcoming space for everybody. We offer six unique class types designed to strengthen, stretch, and restore — all within a supportive community environment. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Sales & Marketing plays a critical leadership role in driving studio revenue, membership growth, and front-desk team performance. This is a full-time, exempt position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered, goal-oriented environment. The AGM of Sales & Marketing will be primarily responsible for achieving monthly membership and revenue targets, coaching Wellness Advisors on best-in-class sales practices, and ensuring every member and guest has an exceptional experience. Full Time, Exempt Base Salary (commensurate with experience) $43,000-$48,000 Possible Annual Salary Range with bonus incentives : $55,000 - $72,000 Robust monthly bonus potential : Substantial performance bonuses are available each month based on meeting and exceeding membership goals, revenue targets, and key performance Perks & Benefits Free Unlimited YogaSix Membership Paid Training and Ongoing Development 30% Studio Retail Discount Flexible Schedule Bonus Incentives based on revenue and new member growth Opportunities for career growth within the YogaSix brand Key Responsibilities Sales & Membership Growth Drive monthly sales to meet and exceed revenue and new membership goals. Lead by example — confidently sell memberships, packages, and retail products. Follow up on leads promptly through calls, texts, emails, and in-person connections. Manage and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring all prospects receive a world-class experience. Track and analyze performance metrics and conversion rates to improve ROI. Collaborate with the Owner to create innovative sales campaigns and limited-time promotions. Grassroots Marketing & Community Outreach Build and maintain strong community relationships through local partnerships, events, and collaborations. Represent YogaSix at local festivals, events, and pop-ups to grow awareness and capture leads. Manage lead generation activities and track their success using clear ROI measures. Support the development of referral and ambassador programs to expand our reach. Studio Operations Support Support the General Manager by overseeing front desk operations and ensuring accurate work done by the studio Wellness Advisors Assist with onboarding and training of Wellness Advisors to ensure consistent brand and sales standards. Help maintain studio organization, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for all members. What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience in fitness, retail, or membership-based business (yoga / boutique fitness preferred). Goal-driven mindset with the ability to motivate both self and team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — warm, confident, and authentic. Comfortable working with data and KPIs to track sales performance. Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask. Creative thinker who loves connecting with the community and building lasting relationships.
