We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Recruiter to join us on a temporary basis to support our immediate hiring needs. We are growing and need a "right hand" who can take ownership of the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to signing. You won't just be processing applications; you will be hunting for the best talent, digging deep into profiles, and acting as the face of our company to candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open roles across all departments.
• Deep Screening : Review CVs with a critical eye. You know how to read between the lines to find the actual skills and potential behind the buzzwords.
• Pipeline Management : Manage our ATS to ensure a smooth workflow and a great candidate experience.
• Interviewing : Conduct initial video screens to assess skills, cultural fit, and English proficiency.
• Closing : Assist in the negotiation process and help close candidates effectively.
