Creative Strategy Lead (Director)

We're on the hunt for a Creative Strategy Lead (Director) to join a top-tier LA-based Performance Agency on a growth fast-track.

They have a headcount of 350+ and counting; a massive campus office in downtown LA with a fully loaded studio space sprawling over 120K sq ft, offices in New York, an international production op to support global campaigns; and a vast expanding portfolio of prestigious clients across multiple (fun) verticals.

Most importantly, founders are brilliant and comp package is attractive.

We're looking for someone who :

• Has 5+ years of experience leading high-performing portfolios using a genius blend of creativity and data-driven strategies
• Can orchestrate paid social media campaigns that consistently exceed performance benchmarks
• Loves data, fast paced environments, creative problem solving and the satisfaction we get from getting things done
