Customer Service Rep – Compensation : $22-$25 DOE

Caldera Medical is seeking an outstanding Customer Service Representative to provide stellar service to our customers. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will primarily support daily sales order processing, respond to phone calls and general email inquiries from customers, and process customer claims and customer reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Order processing : manual keying order, web order entry, and other system orders to process. These include Sales Orders, Returns, and Credit Memos.
- Provide customer service coverage over the phone and email, answering order questions and resolving issues.
- Assist with questions originating within Manufacturing in relation to orders, deliveries, and product information.
- Provide backup support to other team members in the Customer Service Department
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
High School Diploma2+ Years of Administrative (Clerical or data entry) ExperienceStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)Able to work a flexible schedule and early morning hours to accommodate East Coast customersProficient in using (Dynamics 365, Salesforce) for managing customer data and relationships.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, NAV)Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
